DB31/ 749-2013 Maintenance rules for large amusement facilities

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the maintenance and repair of large-scale amusement facilities (hereinafter referred to as "amusement facilities"), clarifies the process of generating operation guidance documents for maintenance and repair and the sources and scope of related materials, and sets forth requirements for the qualifications of maintenance personnel, equipment and material requirements, and the formulation of operation plans. It also regulates the behaviors of personnel engaged in maintenance and repair operations, operation records, and operation witnessing, etc.
This standard applies to the following equipment: manned amusement facilities used for commercial purposes and subject to national public safety supervision, including powered amusement rides, structures and other ancillary devices set up for amusement purposes, and non-powered amusement carriers. Other amusement facilities may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
This standard does not apply to the modification or major repair of amusement facilities.
