Scope

This standard specifies the definition, composition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging and storage of wind power systems for communication use.
This standard applies to wind power generation systems or hybrid power generation systems that supply power to communication equipment, but it does not apply to wind power generation systems that transmit power to the grid and other power generation devices such as diesel generator sets.
