本文件规定了功率型双电层电容器优先额定值和特性，并从GB/T 46822.1—2025中选择适用的质量评定程序、试验和测量方法，以及给出这类电容器的一般性能要求。引用本文件的详细规范中规定的试验严酷等级和要求提供了相同或更高的性能水平。
本文件适用于功率型双电层电容器。
功率型双电层电容器适用于需要毫安（mA）到安（A）范围内放电电流的应用。电容器的特性包括相对较高的电容量和较低的内阻等性能，适用于GB/T 46822.1—2025中规定测量分类中的3类和5类。
