Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, heating quality, operation and maintenance, business and information, civilized construction, insurance and claims, and service quality evaluation of urban heating services. This standard applies to the service requirements that all parties involved in the heating process of civil buildings supplied by hot water should meet, including: a) heating services provided by urban heating enterprises to heat users; b) reasonable heat use by heat users; c) evaluation of heating service quality by heat users, relevant management departments and institutions.
