Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, operation and management, inspection, and evaluation for energy-saving management of industrial boiler systems.
This standard applies to the energy-saving management of steam boilers, hot water boilers, and organic heat carrier boilers used in industrial production and daily life, as well as their systems. This standard does not apply to the energy-saving management of waste incineration boilers, waste heat boilers, and combined heat and power boilers and their systems.
