This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements, and hygiene requirements for industrial sweet potato chips, as well as inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling and marking, packaging, storage, and transportation.
This standard applies to sweet potato chips used in the starch industry and brewing industry.
This standard does not apply to sweet potato chips used for direct consumption or in the production of ready-to-eat foods.
