Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles of industrial low-grade waste heat centralized heating systems (hereinafter referred to as "waste heat heating systems"), the classification of waste heat resources and the calculation of indicators, as well as engineering design and operation management.
This standard applies to new construction or renovation and expansion projects of centralized heating systems for civil buildings using industrial low-grade waste heat (hereinafter referred to as "waste heat") as a heat source.
