Basic Information
Scope
1.0.1 In order to strengthen the operation and management of urban central heating systems, standardize the evaluation methods of urban central heating systems, improve the energy utilization rate of urban central heating systems, reduce pollutant emissions, promote the improvement of heating and heat utilization quality and the safe operation of the system, and meet people's living and working needs, this standard is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, management requirements, and related technical standards. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the technical evaluation of four units of urban central heating systems, including facilities, management, energy efficiency, and environmental protection and fire safety, where the heating medium is hot water. 1.0.3 The heating systems of steam boiler rooms or thermal power plants shall be evaluated starting from the first-level heat stations. 1.0.4 The detection and evaluation methods used in the evaluation of urban central heating systems shall comply with the provisions of this standard and the relevant national standards currently in force.
