Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, materials, inspection and testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, as well as delivery documents for the three-way reversing valve for coal powder feeding in flange connection.
This document is applicable to three-way reversing valves for coal powder feeding in coal gasification furnaces with nominal pressure PN16~PN100 (Class150~Class600), nominal size DN25~DN100 (NPS1~NPS4), and the medium being airborne coal powder.
Note: Airborne coal powder refers to a gas-solid two-phase medium in which nitrogen or carbon dioxide is used as the carrier gas, and the transported substance is coal powder. The medium temperature is 80℃~200℃, the equivalent diameter of the coal powder is less than 0.1 mm, and the water content of the coal powder is less than 3% (by mass).
