Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for gas services, gas supply services, gas usage services, service methods, service personnel, complaint handling, emergency response and emergency response, and service evaluation.
This document applies to the gas supply and gas usage services provided by gas service providers to gas users (referred to as "users"), as well as the evaluation of service quality.
Note: The distinction between gas supply services and gas usage services is based on the delivery point agreed upon with the user. Before the delivery point, it falls under the scope of gas supply services, including: providing gas usage applications, gas supply contracts, and pipeline gas supply services to ensure gas quality; providing bottled gas supply services including distribution, cylinder management, and ensuring refilling quality; and providing automotive gas refueling services that meet refilling quality standards. After the delivery point, it falls under the scope of gas usage services, including meter reading and billing for users, gas facility inspections, sales, installation, and maintenance of safety devices, and the construction and renovation of gas facilities, etc.
