Scope

This part of GB/T 25151 specifies the helium leakage test method for checking whether there are penetrating defects in the welding joints of the lining layer, heat exchange tubes, and tube plates in urea high-pressure equipment.
This part is applicable to helium leakage tests for urea high-pressure equipment such as urea synthesis towers, urea CO2 stripping towers, urea high-pressure scrubbers, and urea high-pressure condensers.
The helium leakage tests for other chemical equipment can be carried out in accordance with this part.
