本标准规定了食品中碘含量的测定方法。
第一法电感耦合等离子体质谱法适用于食品中碘的测定。
第二法氧化还原滴定法适用于藻类及其制品中碘的测定。
第三法砷铈催化分光光度法适用于粮食、蔬菜、水果、豆类及其制品、乳及其制品、肉类、鱼类及蛋类食品中碘的测定。
第四法气相色谱法适用于婴幼儿配方食品和乳品中营养强化剂碘的测定(特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品及特殊医学用途配方食品除外)。
