本标准规定了食品中碘含量的测定方法。
第一法 电感耦合等离子体质谱法适用于食品中碘的测定。
第二法 氧化还原滴定法适用于藻类及其制品中碘的测定。
第三法 砷铈催化分光光度法适用于粮食、蔬菜、水果、豆类及其制品、乳及其制品、肉类、鱼类及蛋类食品中碘的测定。
第四法 气相色谱法适用于婴幼儿配方食品和乳品中营养强化剂碘的测定(特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品及特殊医学用途配方食品除外)。
