Scope

Scope: This part of T/HLX 001 stipulates the basic requirements for rice processing enterprises in Huai'an, including raw materials, food additives and food-related products, production process control, inspection, rice storage and transportation, product recall management, personnel and management system requirements, and record and document management. This part applies to the production process control of rice in Huai'an. Main technical content: 1.1 Basic requirements for rice processing enterprises 1.1.1 Site selection and factory environment GB 14881-2013 "Food Safety National Standards - General Hygiene Standards for Food Production" and GB/T 26630 "Good Operating Practices for Rice Processing Enterprises" specify in detail the requirements for the location and factory environment of food processing enterprises and rice processing enterprises. To simplify the standard content reasonably, this part proposes that "they shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 4 of GB/T 26630." 1.1.2 Plant and workshop GB 14881-2013 and GB/T 26630 specify in detail the requirements for plant and workshop of food processing enterprises. To simplify the standard content reasonably, this part proposes that "they shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 4 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 5 of GB/T 26630." At the same time, considering the current situation of rice processing enterprises, it is proposed that "the floors used for stacking, drying grains, semi-finished products, and finished products shall not be paved with materials containing harmful substances such as asphalt." 1.1.3 Facilities and equipment GB 14881-2013 and GB/T 26630 specify in detail the requirements for facilities and equipment of food processing enterprises.
