GB/T 13739-2011 Test methods for laser beam widths,divergence angle and transverse mode

Scope

This standard specifies the testing methods for the beam width and divergence angle of laser beams, as well as the identification methods for transverse modes.
This standard is applicable to the testing of the beam width and divergence angle of laser beams that propagate freely in a uniform medium and have the same or orthogonal power density distribution during propagation. This standard is also applicable to the identification of transverse modes of Gaussian laser beams.
This standard is not applicable to array-type semiconductor lasers.
