Scope

This part of GB/T 34960 provides implementation guidelines for the general requirements of information technology governance (hereinafter referred to as IT governance), analyzes the environmental factors for implementing IT governance, specifies the implementation framework, implementation environment, and implementation process of IT governance, and clarifies the implementation requirements for top-level design governance, management system governance, and resource governance. This part is applicable to: a) establishing an organization's IT governance implementation framework and defining the implementation methods and processes; b) implementing IT governance within the organization; c) providing guidance for the implementation of IT governance-related software or solutions; d) providing guidance for third-party IT governance evaluations.
