GB/T 34960.1-2017 Information technology service—Governance—Part 1:General requirements

Scope

This part of GB/T 34960 specifies the model and framework of information technology governance (hereinafter referred to as IT governance), sets forth the principles of implementing IT governance, and stipulates the governance requirements for top-level design, management systems, and resources of information technology. This part is applicable to: a) establishing an organization's IT governance system and conducting self-evaluation; b) conducting IT audits; c) developing, selecting, and evaluating IT governance-related software or solutions; d) third-party evaluations of an organization's IT governance capabilities. Various levels and types of informatization authorities may, in accordance with laws, regulations, and departmental rules, use this part to set requirements for IT governance in all organizations under their jurisdiction, and conduct evaluations, guidance, and supervision.
