GB/T 43201.2-2023 Industrial automation systems and integration—Standardized procedures for production systems engineering—Part 2:Reference process for seamless production planning
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the reference planning process for seamless integration of production plans. Note: In this document, "seamless integration" refers to considering multiple plans (related planning fields) simultaneously during the product life cycle, as shown in Figures 1 and B.1. The scope of the reference process discussed focuses on production system planning, such as production based on inventory or assembly based on orders. The analysis of process activities is limited to activities within production planning. The scope of this document includes the following: -- An overview of the reference planning process; -- The basic principles of the process model; -- A description of the various levels identified in the reference planning process of production planning; -- The activity structure and relationships within each planning field; -- The inter-field activity correlation relationships. The scope of this document does not include the following: -- Material requirements planning/manufacturing resource planning; -- Production order control; -- Production processes; -- Early stages of product design; -- Order management, inventory management, procurement, transportation, warehousing; -- Production facility planning/manufacturing facility planning (physical factories and equipment), including any type of resources not directly related to the manufacturing process; -- Value chain (inventory, operational management, outbound, marketing, and sales); -- Resource visualization; -- Process simulation.
