本文件给出了下列工作的指南：
——利用GB/T 6379.2的精密度结果来评定测量不确定度；
——利用GB/T 6379.3的中间精密度结果来评定测量不确定度；
——利用本文件方法与不确定度传播律方法（GUM法）所获得不确定度评定结果间的比较（见第14章）。
本文件适用于所有测量和测试领域中结果的不确定度评定。
本文件不适用于没有方法再现性或中间精密度且只有重复性的情形。
本文件假定所识别且不可忽略的系统效应已得到修正，采用测量方法的数值修正，或通过查找系统效应予以排除。
本文件提出了一种不确定度评定的有效方法，但也可采用其他合适的评定方法。
