Scope
This part of GB/T 23507 specifies the models, types, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, factory documents and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of main electric motors (hereinafter referred to as electric motors) used in electrically driven oil drilling rigs. This part is applicable to the design, manufacture, inspection, and use of AC and DC electric motors (including low-voltage electric motors driven by grid power) used in oil drilling rig winches, drilling pumps, rotary tables, and top drive devices.
