This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of composite busbars used in traction converters of rail transit vehicles. Main technical content: Composite busbars are widely used in traction converter products of rail transit vehicles. To ensure rational design, reduce excessive investment and waste of personnel, materials, and testing equipment, improve product reliability, reduce the cost of composite busbars, and shorten the product delivery cycle, this document proposes technical requirements for the insulation structure, conductor structure, material selection, environmental conditions, insulation performance, electrical performance, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of composite busbars.
