Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determining the residues of 380 pesticides and related chemicals in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat, and chicken (see Appendix A).
This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of 348 pesticides and related chemicals in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat, and chicken, as well as the qualitative identification of 32 pesticides and related chemicals.
The method detection limits for the 348 pesticides and related chemicals determined by this standard are 0.04 μg/kg to 0.800 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
