Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for high-purity gallium trioxide.
This standard applies to high-purity gallium trioxide with a purity of 99.9995% and 99.9999% produced by oxidation and powdering processes using high-purity gallium as the raw material. The product is used for preparing phosphors for white LEDs, gadolinium garnet (GGG crystals), and other materials.
