GB/T 4343.2-2009 Electromagnetic compatibility—Requirements for household appliances,electric tools and similar apparatus—Part 2:Immunity
Basic Information
Scope
1.1GB 4343 applies to the electromagnetic immunity of household appliances and similar devices, electric toys, and power tools. For single-phase appliances connected to the phase line and neutral line, the rated voltage should not exceed 250 V, and for other appliances, it should not exceed 480 V.
The appliances may contain motors, electric heating elements, or both, and their circuits may include electrical or electronic lines. They can be powered by mains electricity, transformers, batteries, or other power sources.
This part also applies to appliances not used in households but subject to immunity requirements, such as appliances used by non-professionals in shops, light industrial sites, and farms, as well as appliances within the scope of GB 4343.1. In addition, it applies to:
——Microwave ovens for household and bar restaurant use;
——RF energy heating cooking racks and cooking stoves, (single or multiple zones) induction cookers;
——Personal care devices with a radiation range from ultraviolet to infrared (including visible light).
1.2 This part does not apply to:
——Lighting equipment;
——Heavy industrial appliances;
——Fixed electrical installation components in buildings (such as fuses, circuit breakers, cables, and switches);
——Appliances used in places with frequent special electromagnetic environments, such as areas with strong electromagnetic fields (e.g., near broadcasting stations) or places where the power grid generates large pulses (e.g., power stations); [ZK)]
——Radio receivers, televisions, audio equipment, video equipment, and electronic music devices except toys;
——Medical electrical devices;
——Personal computers and similar devices except toys;
——Radio transmitters;
——Appliances specifically designed for vehicles;
——Baby monitoring systems.
1.3 The frequency range of immunity requirements covers 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
