Scope
This standard specifies the general principles, planning decisions, engineering design, and operation management involved in the design of distributed cold and heat power energy systems.
This standard applies to distributed cold and heat power energy systems primarily powered by gas fuels, and it also applies to the design of distributed energy projects or distributed cold and heat power supply stations primarily powered by gas fuels. Distributed cold and heat power energy systems primarily powered by liquid fuels can be used as a reference under the same technical conditions.
This standard does not apply to distributed cold and heat power energy systems driven by non-fossil fuels such as solid fuels and renewable energy sources.
