Scope
This part of GB/T 23901 specifies the determination methods for image quality index and image quality tables.
If the image quality gauge required by GB/T 23901.3 is not applicable, for example, because the absorption coefficient of the image quality gauge material differs by more than 30% from that of the material being inspected, exposure experiments must be conducted to determine an acceptable image quality index. The image quality index obtained from the exposure experiments is applicable to the exposure of all workpieces under the same irradiation conditions.
