Scope
This standard specifies two methods for measuring the dielectric constant and the tangent of the dielectric loss angle. Method A is a measurement method under the power frequency (50Hz), and Method B is a measurement method under a high-frequency electric field. This standard is applicable to vulcanized rubber.
