GB/T 28819-2012 Aluminium alloy enclosures for gas-filled high-voltage switchgear
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the design, manufacture, and processing, inspection and testing, certification, and marking of aluminum alloy enclosures for high-voltage switchgear installed outdoors and indoors, which are filled with compressed dry air, inert gases such as sulfur hexafluoride or nitrogen, or mixtures of these gases.
This standard applies to aluminum alloy enclosures for high-voltage switchgear installed outdoors and indoors, which are filled with compressed dry air, inert gases such as sulfur hexafluoride or nitrogen, or mixtures of these gases. The gases are mainly used for insulation and/or arc quenching. The rated voltage of the high-voltage switchgear is:
——3.6 kV to 40.5 kV, and the design pressure of the gas-filled compartment is greater than 0.3 MPa (gauge pressure at 20 °C);
——72.5 kV and above.
The components included in the enclosures of electrical equipment are not limited to the following:
——Circuit breakers;
——Load switches;
——Isolating switches;
——Grounding switches;
——Current transformers;
——Voltage transformers;
——Arresters;
——Busbars and connectors;
——Rigid gas-insulated transmission lines.
It also includes pressure-bearing components, such as the arc-quenching chambers of switchgear with live enclosures.
