GB/T 18391.4-2009 Information technology—Metadata registries(MDR)—Part 4:Formulation of data definitions
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 18391 specifies the requirements and recommendations for constructing data and metadata definitions. This part only describes the semantic aspects of the definitions, without considering the format of the definitions. In particular, when used in the content of the metadata registration system specified in Part 3 of GB/T 18391, it can be widely used to determine the definitions of data and metadata.
These requirements and recommendations are suitable for forming definitions of data elements and other types of data components. Here, data component types can include entity types, entities, relationships, attributes, object types (or classes), objects, composites, code entries, metadata items, and data referenced by XML tags.
