GB/T 4706.110-2021 Safety of household and similar electrical appliances—Part 2:Particular requirements for robotic battery powered electrical lawnmowers

Scope

This document specifies the design, structural safety requirements, and verification methods for battery-powered intelligent rotary lawn mowers and their peripheral equipment, with a rated battery voltage not exceeding 75 VDC.
Except for noise, this document does not consider electromagnetic compatibility and environmental requirements.
This document does not apply to the additional risks associated with machines powered by internal combustion engines, hybrid engines, and fuel cells, as well as their related charging systems.
This document specifies all significant hazards arising from the intended use and reasonably foreseeable misuse of battery-powered intelligent lawn mowers and their peripheral equipment.
In this document, the term "machine" specifically refers to intelligent lawn mowers, excluding their charging stations.
This document also sets out safety requirements for charging stations and boundary separator signal sources powered by grid electricity.
Appendix KK specifies additional battery operation and charging requirements for intelligent lawn mowers, including the charging of lithium-ion batteries, replacing Appendix B in IEC 60335-1:2020.
This document does not apply to machines manufactured before this document officially takes effect.
Note: Appendix FF provides a test specification to facilitate the use of this document.
