Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, markings, usage instructions, packaging, transportation, and storage of Chongwu fish rolls. This standard applies to Chongwu fish rolls made from fresh or frozen horse mackerel, eels, or sharks as the main raw materials. After being minced, fresh pork diced (powder), starch, egg white, scallion white, edible salt, monosodium glutamate, and white sugar are added as auxiliary materials. The fish rolls are then made using traditional processes such as mixing and kneading, forming into sticks, steaming, and cooling.
