Scope: This document specifies the environmental requirements and testing methods for the production areas of Huaian rice. This document applies to the rice-growing environment used for processing Huaian rice. Main technical content: 1. Determination of the main content of the standard. To ensure the quality of Huaian rice and highlight the quality control of the entire rice industry chain, the T/HLX 001 "Huaian Rice" group standard is divided into five parts: - Part 1: Environmental requirements for production areas - Part 2: Technical regulations for rice production - Part 3: Technical specifications for rice processing - Part 4: Rice - Part 5: Huaian rice 2. "Huaian Rice Part 1: Environmental Requirements for Production Areas". - Main content: Through coordination with the Municipal Agricultural Committee and environmental protection departments to collect basic water, soil, and air environmental data in Huaian jurisdiction, and analyze and test soil samples collected from rice production areas within the jurisdiction. Combined with current national and industry standards for environmental requirements for production areas, the "Huaian Rice Part 1: Environmental Requirements for Production Areas" was compiled. - 2.1 Requirements for Huaian rice standards in quality control first address the environmental requirements for production areas, reflecting the "good water, good soil, good rice" characteristics of Huaian rice.
