Scope

Scope: This document stipulates the basic requirements, raw materials, food additives, and food-related products for rice processing enterprises in Huai'an, as well as requirements for production process control, inspection, rice storage and transportation, product recall management, personnel and management system requirements, and record and document management. This document applies to the production process control of rice in Huai'an. Main technical content: 1. Terms and definitions: - GB 1350, GB/T 1354, GB/T 8875, GB/T 17891, GB/T 22515, and GB/T 26631 define the following terms and definitions, which apply to this document. - 1.1 Huai'an rice: Rice processed in accordance with the procedures specified in T/HLX 001.2 and raw materials meeting the requirements specified in T/HLX 001.4. - 2. Basic requirements for rice processing enterprises: - 2.1 Site selection and factory environment: Comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 4 of GB/T 26630-2011. - 2.2 Plant and workshop: - 2.2.1 Comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 4 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 5 of GB/T 26630-2011. - 2.2.2 The floor used for stacking, drying grains, semi-finished products, and finished products shall not be paved with materials containing harmful substances such as asphalt. - 2.3 Facilities and equipment: - 2.3.1 Comply with the provisions of Chapter 5.1 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 5 of GB/T 26630-2011. - 2.3.2 Equipment: - 2.3.2.1 Comply with the provisions of Chapter 6.2 of GB 14881-2013 and Chapter 6 of GB/T 26630-2011. - 2.3.2.2 Warehouses shall be equipped with grain temperature, warehouse temperature, and other grain condition monitoring equipment, ventilation and temperature and humidity control equipment, and pest, rodent, and bird prevention and control equipment to ensure the safe storage of grains. - 2.3.2.3 Areas prone
