GB/T 10129-2019 Methods of measurement of magnetic properties of electrical steel strip and sheet at medium frequencies
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the general principles for measuring the AC magnetic properties of electrical steel strips (sheets) using the Epstein ring, including the determination methods for specific loss, peak magnetic polarization intensity, effective value of magnetic field strength, peak magnetic field strength, and apparent power. The standard is applicable to AC magnetic measurements of grain-oriented and non-grain-oriented electrical steel strips (sheets) in the frequency range of 400 Hz to 10 kHz, and is suitable for test samples obtained from electrical steel strips (sheets) of any grade. Before measurement, the samples are demagnetized, and the measurement is conducted at an ambient temperature of (23±5)℃. Note: The definition of "magnetic polarization intensity" in this standard refers to GB/T 9637, while some standards for electrical steel series adopt the definition of "magnetic flux density".
