Scope

本文件规定了除铁氧体以外的软磁材料在20 Hz~100 kHz频率范围的交流磁性能测试方法。本文件涉及的材料包括电工钢、铸件和软磁复合材料、GB/T 21220中列出的特殊合金以及GB/T 24296中列出的压制、烧结和金属注射成形的元件。
本文件旨在明确用环形试样测试软磁材料磁性能的通则和技术细节。对于粉末状材料，通过适当挤压的方法制成环形试样。
软磁材料的直流磁性能的环形试样测量方法见GB/T 13012；软磁元件的磁特性测定见GB/T 28869.1。
通常在(23±5)℃的环境温度下检测，测试前环形试样先退磁。经供需双方协商后，检测也能在其他温度范围内进行。
