Scope

Main technical content: 5. Technical requirements 5.1 The working power module operates with a DC power supply, and the working voltage should meet the requirement of 5 ± 0.25V. 5.2 Interface requirements The weak electrical interface of the module should preferably use pin connectors as connection components, and interface with the B-type expansion module of the smart IoT electric meter. When the module experiences power failure or short-circuit, it should not affect the basic functions of the smart IoT electric meter. 5.3 Power consumption The power consumption requirements of the module are shown in Table 1. Table 1: Power consumption of the module Electric meter category Peak power consumption Single-phase electric meter No more than 0.75W Three-phase electric meter No more than 1.50W 5.4 Compatibility requirements The module can be compatible with any smart IoT electric meter that meets the type specification size and interface requirements, supports hot plugging, and meets corresponding compatibility requirements for functions and communication. 6. Functional requirements 6.1 Basic requirements The orderly charging module should have communication functions, charging demand collection functions, storage and calculation functions, orderly charging strategy execution, error handling and error correction mechanisms. 6.2 Communication requirements The orderly charging module should be able to communicate between the charging pile and the management module in any communication state. 6.3 Communication content The communication content of the orderly charging module should include: whether to participate in orderly charging, pick-up time, maximum charging power, battery capacity, current state of charge value, target state of charge value, charging machine connection time, vehicle frame number, amount of electricity charged, stop charging information, charging power curve data, and data supplementation instructions.
