Scope
In order to implement relevant national laws, regulations, and policies, unify the design standards for water conservation in civil buildings, and improve the utilization rate of water resources, this specification is formulated to ensure that the water conservation design meets the requirements of water quality, water quantity, water pressure, and water temperature, and is safe, practical, technologically advanced, economically reasonable, and of guaranteed quality, with convenient management. This specification applies to the design of water conservation in new, expanded, and renovated residential communities and public buildings, as well as the design of water supply for domestic use in industrial buildings.
