Scope
This document specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for the regular inspection and evaluation of seamless aluminum alloy gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "gas cylinders").
This document is applicable to the regular inspection and evaluation of refillable gas cylinders used at ambient temperatures of -40 °C to 60 °C, with a nominal volume of 0.4 L to 150 L and a nominal working pressure not exceeding 30 MPa, which are used to contain compressed gases, liquefied gases, or mixed gases. Gas cylinders with a nominal volume of less than 0.4 L may be subject to regular inspection according to this document; and the safety assessment of gas cylinders may be conducted in accordance with this document.
