JJF 1261.10-2017 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency of Household and Similar Microwave Ovens

This standard specifies the metrological requirements, metrological inspection procedures, metrological inspection methods, evaluation criteria for inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency of household and similar-purpose microwave ovens (hereinafter referred to as "microwave ovens") with a rated input power of less than 2.5 kW, which utilize electromagnetic energy in the industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) frequency band (2.45 GHz) and resistive heating elements to heat food.
This standard does not apply to commercial microwave ovens, industrial microwave ovens, and microwave ovens with extractor hoods.
This standard is applicable to the metrological supervision and inspection of microwave ovens. Units that produce and sell microwave ovens may also refer to this standard for inspection.
The microwave ovens subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

JJF 1261.5-2017 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency of Automatic Electric Rice Cookers

This standard specifies the measurement requirements, measurement detection procedures, measurement detection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement detection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency of automatic rice cookers (hereinafter referred to as "automatic rice cookers") operating under normal pressure and with a rated power of less than 2 kW, where the heating source is an electric heating element.
This standard applies to the measurement and supervision of the energy efficiency of automatic rice cookers. Units that produce and sell automatic rice cookers can also refer to this standard for testing.
The automatic rice cookers subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

This standard specifies the energy efficiency measurement requirements, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and testing results, and testing reports for AC fans (hereinafter referred to as "fans").
This standard applies to the energy efficiency measurement and supervision and testing of desk fans, wall fans, tabletop fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and swing fans driven by AC motors with a rated voltage of not more than 250 V for single-phase applications, and a rated voltage of not more than 480 V for other applications. Commissioned testing can refer to this standard. Units that produce and sell fans can also conduct testing in accordance with this standard.
The fans subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

JJF 1261.20-2015 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency of Power Transformers

This standard applies to the energy efficiency measurement requirements, measurement and inspection procedures, measurement and inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and inspection results, and inspection reports of three-phase oil-immersed power transformers with a rated frequency of 50 Hz, a voltage level of 35 kV to 220 kV, and a rated capacity of 3,150 kVA and above.
This standard applies to the measurement and inspection of energy efficiency of power transformers. Units that commission the measurement and inspection of power transformers can refer to this standard for reference. Units that produce and sell power transformers can also conduct inspections in accordance with this standard.
The power transformers accepted for inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by the seller.
This standard does not apply to dry-type transformers, high-impedance transformers, and gas-insulated transformers.

This standard applies to the supervision and detection of energy efficiency labeling of induction cookers. For commissioned testing, this standard can be referenced. Units that produce and sell induction cookers can also conduct testing in accordance with this standard.
This standard does not apply to commercial induction cookers, industrial frequency induction cookers, and concave induction cookers.
The induction cookers accepted for testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

This regulation stipulates the energy efficiency labeling and measurement requirements, testing conditions, measurement and testing procedures, measurement and testing items and methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and testing results, and testing reports for storage-type electric water heaters for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as electric water heaters).
This regulation applies to the supervision and testing of energy efficiency labeling and measurement of electric water heaters. For commissioned testing, this regulation can be referenced. Units that produce and sell electric water heaters can also conduct testing in accordance with this regulation.
This regulation only applies to storage-type electric water heaters for household and similar purposes. This regulation does not apply to new energy water heaters with electric auxiliary heating and heat pump water heaters. The electric water heaters subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.
