JJF 1261.2-2017 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency of Room Air Conditioners
This standard specifies the measurement requirements, measurement testing procedures, measurement testing methods, evaluation criteria for measurement testing results, and testing reports for the energy efficiency of air conditioners that use air-cooled condensers and fully enclosed electric motor-compressors, with a cooling capacity of 14,000 W or less, and operating in climate type T1.
This standard applies to the measurement and supervision of the energy efficiency of air conditioners. Units that produce and sell air conditioners can also refer to this standard for testing.
The measurement method for the energy efficiency of air conditioners specified in this standard is the air enthalpy method.
This standard does not apply to mobile air conditioners, speed-controllable air conditioners, and multi-unit air conditioning systems.
The air conditioners accepted for testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.
