Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model compilation methods, basic parameters, technical requirements, and test methods for portable brushcutters and lawn mowers powered by lithium-ion batteries (hereinafter referred to as "lithium-ion brushcutters" and "lithium-ion lawn mowers"). This standard applies to lithium-ion brushcutters and lawn mowers powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs (batteries) with a nominal voltage not exceeding 75 VDC. This standard does not apply to: -- scissor-type electric brushcutters and electric lawn mowers; -- self-propelled electric brushcutters and electric lawn mowers; -- electric brushcutters and electric lawn mowers with a distance of less than 600 mm between the cutting device controller and the cutting head; -- electric brushcutters and electric lawn mowers powered by universal battery packs or battery groups installed by the user; -- other electric brushcutters and electric lawn mowers powered by non-lithium-ion batteries.
