Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for motor vehicle driver training institutions, including their classification, main qualifications, organizational structures, management systems, positions and personnel, training vehicles, training grounds, teaching facilities and equipment, office premises and classrooms, services, and other facilities.
This standard applies to first-level, second-level, and third-level civilian motor vehicle driver training institutions (except for specialized tractor driver training institutions).
