Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the raw materials, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel-framed polyethylene plastic composite pipes made by welding reinforcing frames made of thin steel plates and uniformly punched holes and injection molding of polyethylene (medium or high density) thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to as composite pipes).
This standard applies to composite pipes used for pressure water supply and drinking water in buildings, overhead and underground applications. The medium temperature during long-term use of the composite pipes shall not exceed 70℃, and the medium temperature during non-long-term use shall not exceed 80℃. The composite pipes shall be used in conjunction with composite pipes manufactured in accordance with the standard CJ/T 123 "Steel-framed Polyethylene Plastic Composite Pipes for Water Supply".
