Scope
This part of GB 5959 applies to indirect resistance heating equipment and direct resistance heating equipment operating in the first and second voltage segments, respectively, as specified in items a) and b) below. The purpose of this part is to standardize the safety requirements for the following indirect and direct resistance heating equipment.
