Scope

Scope: This section stipulates the selection of orchards for blueberry production, site preparation, soil and fertilizer management, tree management, pest and disease control, harvesting, storage, and traceability of agricultural products, etc. This section applies to the entire process of blueberry production management in Huaining County; Main technical content: Site environment: The selection of orchard sites must comply with the requirements of NY/T 2798.1. In principle, steep slopes and low-lying areas should not be selected for orchard construction. It is required that the site be convenient for transportation and irrigation, have a good ecological environment and no pollution, be far from industrial and mining areas and highways and railway lines, and avoid pollution sources. The site environment must meet the air quality requirements for blueberry orchards: total suspended particulate matter daily average ≤ 0.30mg/m3, sulfur dioxide daily average ≤ 0.15mg/m1, 1 hour ≤ 0.5mg/m3, nitrogen dioxide daily average ≤ 0.08mg/m1, 1 hour ≤ 0.2mg/m3, fluoride daily average ≤ 7ug/m3, 1 hour ≤ 20ug/m3. Soil requirements: The soil environmental requirements must comply with the NY/T 391 Green Food Site Environmental Quality Standards. There should be sufficient sunlight, loose and permeable soil with a pH value between 4.5-5.5, and an organic matter content ≥ 3%. It must meet the soil quality requirements for blueberry orchards: total cadmium ≤ 0.3mg/kg, total mercury ≤ 0.25mg/kg, total lead ≤ 50mg/kg, total chromium ≤ 120mg/kg, and total copper ≤ 50mg/kg. Land preparation and ridge formation: The land should be prepared and ridge formed according to the terrain and slope. If the slope is ≥ 15o, it is recommended to prepare and ridge form along the contour lines to prevent soil and water loss. When the slope is less than 10o, the direction of land preparation and ridge formation should be conducive to drainage, and the ridge height should generally not exceed 30cm. For th
