Scope

Scope: This section stipulates the technical requirements for the harvest and quality of "Huaining blueberries", including pre-storage preparation, pre-cooling and storage, removal from storage and packaging, transportation, and sales. This section applies to the preservation and transportation of "Huaining blueberries". Main technical content: 1. Maturity level of harvest: When the surface of blueberries gradually turns from green to red, then to blue-purple or purple-black, and the skin is covered with white powder, it indicates that the berries are ripe. The ripening period of blueberries is not uniform, and they can be harvested in batches according to different purposes. Generally, blueberries for fresh consumption and processing are picked when they are fully ripe; blueberries for short-distance transportation and sales are picked when they are 90% ripe; and blueberries for long-distance transportation and sales are picked when they are 80% ripe. 2. Grade requirements for blueberries: - Extra grade: The powder on the surface of the berries is intact, without torn stems, smooth and spotless berries, no traces of pests or diseases, no mechanical damage, uniform size with a diameter of over 18mm, sweet and sour taste with no odor, and no unripe or overripe berries allowed. - First grade: The powder on the surface of the berries is intact, with a tear rate of ≤1%, smooth and spotless berries, no traces of pests or diseases, no mechanical damage, uniform size with a diameter of 15-18mm, sweet and sour taste with no odor, and no more than 1% unripe or overripe berries allowed. - Second grade: No requirements for the powder on the surface of the berries, with a tear rate of ≤2%, smooth and spotless berries, no traces of pests or diseases, no mechanical damage, uniform size with a diameter of 12-15mm, sweet and sour taste with no odor, and no more than 2% unripe or overripe berries allowed. - Substandard grade (for processing): No requirements for the powder on the
