Scope

This document is only applicable to direct-access static DC energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "meters") used for measuring DC energy in DC systems with accuracy grades of 0.5 and 1, and is only applicable to their type testing.
Note 1: For other general requirements, such as safety and reliability, refer to the relevant sections of GB/T 17215.2 (all parts) or GB/T 17215.9 (all parts).
This document is applicable to electrical measurement equipment designed under the following conditions:
—— Measuring and controlling energy in a two-pole power grid, where one pole of the grid is grounded and the voltage does not exceed 1,500 V DC;
Note 2: Other configurations or DC power grids with more than two poles (such as networks with positive and negative poles and a grounding pole) also exist.
—— All functional units, including additional modules, are enclosed in a meter case or form a separate meter case, except for the indicating display;
—— Using integrated or separate indicating displays, or no indicating display;
—— Installed in dedicated dedicated sockets or racks;
—— Optionally providing functions other than energy measurement.
