本文件描述了建筑内水平和垂直安装管道在标准（规定）火条件下的试验装置、试验条件、试件、试件的安装、养护、仪器使用、试验程序、判定准则、试验结果表述、试验报告、试验结果的直接应用范围。
本文件适用于建筑内安装使用的通风、空调系统和机械加压送风防烟系统的通风管道、机械排烟系统的排烟管道及建筑厨房卫生间排气系统的厨卫排油烟气管道等建筑管道承受外部火和内部火作用时的耐火性能检验。
本文件不适用于：
a)耐火性能取决于其周围安装的耐火构件的管道；
b)带检修门的管道，除非将检修门纳入到管道中一起试验；
c)只有两面或三面的管道；
d)与墙或楼板连接的吊挂固定件。
