GB/T 39560 的本部分文件描述了使用气相色谱-质谱法测定电子电气产品聚合物中多溴联苯（PBB）、多溴二苯醚（PBDE）和四种邻苯二甲酸酯［邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯（DBP）、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯（BBP）、邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）］的标准技术方法。
本文件采用超声波辅助萃取方法对样品中PBB、PBDE、DIBP、DBP、BBP、DEHP同时进行萃取。
气相色谱-质谱法（GC-MS）是同时定量测定PBB、PBDE、DIBP、DBP、BBP、DEHP的标准方法，测定范围为25 mg/kg至2000 mg/kg。
这种测试方法已经通过测试聚丙烯（PP）、聚氯乙烯（PVC）、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯（ABS）、丙烯酸橡胶（ACM）、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚氨酯（PU）和聚乙烯（PE）等材料进行评估。
