GB/T 32286.1-2015 Soft magnetic alloys—Part 1: Nickel-iron alloys
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 32286 specifies the classification, order content, dimensions, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy materials. This part applies to cold-rolled strips, cold-drawn wires, cold-drawn (rolled) tubes, hot-rolled (forged) rods, and flat materials of iron-nickel alloys with high magnetic permeability such as 1J46, 1J50, and 1J54; cold-rolled plates of iron-nickel alloys with high magnetic permeability such as 1J76, 1J77, 1J79, 1J80, and 1J85; cold-rolled strips of iron-nickel square magnetic alloys such as 1J34, 1J51, 1J52, 1J65, 1J67, 1J83, and 1J403; cold-rolled strips of magnetic temperature compensation iron-nickel alloys such as 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33, and 1J38; and cold-rolled strips of constant magnetic permeability iron-nickel alloys such as 1J66. This part does not apply to high-hardness, high-resistance, and high-magnetic permeability iron-nickel alloy materials, corrosion-resistant iron-nickel alloy materials, and iron-nickel alloy materials for magnetic heads (hereinafter referred to as alloy materials).
