Scope

This standard specifies the classification and designations, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations, technical requirements, surface quality, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for soft magnetic alloys such as 1J22, 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33, 1J38, 1J36, 1J116, 1J117, 1J6, 1J12, 1J13, 1J16, and 1J66.
This standard applies to the following products: - Cold-rolled strip, cold-drawn wire, hot-rolled (forged) flat bars, and rods, as well as bright strip made from 1J22 iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloys with high saturation magnetic induction intensity; - Cold-rolled strip and rods made from 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33, and 1J38 magnetic shunt compensation and magnetic temperature compensation alloys; - Hot-rolled (forged) rods and cold-rolled strip made from 1J36, 1J116, and 1J117 corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloys; - Cold-rolled strip and hot-rolled (forged) rods made from 1J6 iron-aluminum soft magnetic alloys; - Warm-rolled strip made from 1J12, 1J13, and 1J16 iron-aluminum soft magnetic alloys; - Cold-rolled strip made from 1J66 constant magnetic permeability alloys, which maintain a relatively constant magnetic permeability within a certain range of magnetic field, temperature, and frequency.
